Positioning statement
For anyone who is tired of having to go to the barbershop and doesn’t always have cash available to do so, and prefer the same haircut every time, the EZ CUTZ machine is the machine that will solve their needs. EZ CUTZ is always available for when you need it, it’s a one-time purchase, and it is customized fully to how you want it.

sales forecast
We are not expecting such a huge success but as time goes on we do expect an exponential growth in sales. Especially after the commercials and advertisements that we are sending out.
milestones

assumptions
We are assuming that we will be a huge success right off the bat, especially because there is no other product like ours in the world.
break-even analysis
Basically, we are expecting a huge flow of money to come right on in once we start to sell our product, however, we are also prepared to see not so many sales the first few months since our product is actually pretty expensive.
projected profit and loss
